Shipping

Once you make your purchase, specialized technicians assemble the computer, carefully installing and testing each component to ensure proper functionality.

Before shipping, the computer undergoes a series of tests to ensure that it works properly and meets the customer’s specifications. Any potential issues are resolved before delivery.

Once tested, the computer is carefully packaged in a cardboard box or crate, using cushioning materials such as bubble wrap and air pillows to prevent damage during transport.

The computer is shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer using a carrier chosen by Damostra. Delivery is expected in 14 – 21 days. Expedited shipping options are often available for an additional fee.

In the event of transit hiccups like damages, delays, or losses, rest assured that Damostra has policies in place to address these issues. Specifically:

  • For every day of delay beyond the estimated delivery period, a compensation of $20 per day will be provided to mitigate any inconvenience caused.
  • In the unfortunate scenario where the computer arrives damaged, a refund will be processed, ensuring you are not financially disadvantaged.
  • Similarly, a refund will be provided for lost packages, safeguarding your purchase.
  • Should the delivery face a substantial delay, where the computer remains undelivered 45 days post-purchase, a refund will be initiated to honor our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Upon arrival at the destination, customers have the choice to pick up the computer at the delivery address or opt for home delivery through the carrier. It’s imperative that the customer thoroughly inspect the computer to verify its condition before signing off on the receipt, ensuring a transparent and satisfactory transaction.
