    Discounts must be applied before payment. If you wish to avail your discount, simply cancel your order and place a new one including the discount code. However, please note that orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Can I modify or add more items to my order?

    Modifying an already paid order is not possible. If you are within the cancellation period, it is suggested that you cancel it and place a new order. Please note that orders can only be cancelled before the shipping stage.

  • How can I change my shipping address?

    If you contact our customer service within 24 hours of placing your order, we can change your shipping address. However, if the order has already been shipped, the modification will not be possible.

  • Is the invoice included in the package?
