The MSI MAG Z790 Tomahawk WIFI, launched in October 2023, is a robust and feature-rich motherboard designed to support Intel CPUs with the Socket 1700 interface. Built on the Intel Z790 chipset, this ATX form factor board is tailored for high-performance desktop setups, offering a variety of advanced features for both enthusiasts and professionals.

Key features include a 16+1+1 power phase design, each capable of delivering 90A, ensuring stable power delivery to the CPU. The board supports DDR5 memory with speeds up to 7800MHz (PC5-62400), and it accommodates up to 192GB across four DIMM slots, arranged in a dual-channel configuration. Enhanced memory performance is further supported by XMP 3.0 technology, which simplifies memory overclocking.
